Project Manager

We are looking for a tech-savvy Project Manager to join our innovative fintech company. As the Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional project teams to deliver cutting-edge projects on time and within budget. By utilizing Agile methodologies, you will work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize project goals.

This would include responsibilities such as:

• Overseeing the project from start to finish, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with external third-party vendors and partners to ensure that project goals and timelines are met.
• Coordinating the efforts of internal and external teams to ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicating with stakeholders, including clients and other external partners, to keep them informed of project progress and to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Managing and mitigating risks associated with working with multiple third parties, such as potential delays or conflicts.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly in the areas of data security and privacy.
• Ensuring that all project deliverables meet the quality standards and requirements of the organization and its clients.
  
  

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working with outsourcing companies and managing third-party vendors.
• Strong knowledge of Agile-Scrum methodology and experience with agile project management tools and practices.
• Digital projects experience is an advantage as it will help to understand the requirements of the fintech industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
