Product Manager Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join the Unity product team and manage our industry-leading ad-serving system.

Our ad-system handles billions of ad requests daily and leverages complex algorithms that match people with the most useful ads in milliseconds.

This is a data heavy, science heavy, and infra heavy area, where you will have a direct impact on the company’s strategy and profits.

Role :

• Group leadership: Lead a group of product managers that oversee our delivery services. Hire and train new people, mentor and coach existing PMs, and inspire a larger cross-functional team that collaboratively works in this space
• Business impact: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and align on the product vision and strategy. Execute on product upgrades that have a direct impact on the company’s top line metrics
• Product ownership: Lead the entire product lifecycle from strategy to execution. Identify opportunities, and drive product vision, strategies and roadmap in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in product management or technical product management for an online Software company.
• 2+ years of experience as a people manager leading PM teams.
• Effectively leading complex projects that span multiple organizations.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Data savvy. Ability to analyze test results, dig deep into data, form hypotheses and make data driven recommendations.
• Solid track record of product management experience. Demonstrated success in bringing to market commercially viable products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hebrew.
