Controller position in Tel Aviv

for a successful international brand in sharp expansion

A luxury brand, worldwide leader in its field with a major focus in Digital activity, is looking for a Group controller. The brand has successful and impressive physical retail presences in the most premium luxury locations internationally, particularly in the US, alongside fast-growing Digital channels, which are developed and supported by a large in-house dedicated team. 

The Controller will be part of the international HQ, located in Tel Aviv. Reporting to the Group Controller, She/He will manage all of the financial activity related to the international holding company and its subsidiaries worldwide, supporting its global expansion on the way to become the global leader luxury brand in its category. 

Responsibilities:

•                    Overall financial performance of the company, as well as directing staff to follow it.

•                    Ensure effective and efficient financial related procedures and supporting systems

•                    Prepare the Company's budget and manage it

•                    Prepare and manage the financial reporting of the holding company and its subsidiaries worldwide – consolidated IFRS

•                    Financial controlling - cash flow management, taxation issues, ensuring that the company complies with the governmental financial regulations worldwide.

•                    Supervise Bookkeeping and Salaries

•                    Maintenance of long-term contracts, employment, lease and insurance

•                    Direct management of an internal experienced accounting team, including: controller, bookkeepers and other external providers of financial, auditing and accounting services

Experience

-                     Alumni of one of the big four Auditing firms

-                     Work experience of over 3 years as controller in a global company (including foreign subsidiaries)

Referable (not a must):

-                     Working for companies with digital activity as well as retail presence

-                     Working for companies with revenue exceeding $100M

-                     Experience working with US
