למכון שלנו דרוש חוקר בנושא התפתחות הבינה המלאכותית והשפעותיה על שוק העבודה בישראל ובמדינות שונות בעולם.

דרישות העבודה:

חיפוש, איסוף, קריאה וכתיבה של ספרות מחקרית אקדמאית וגם לא אקדמאית בנושא.

כתיבה והתנסחות טובה בעברית ובאנגלית.

כתיבת ביבליוגרפיה/רפרנסים.

ניתוח נתונים (על בסיס סקרים ובהמשך ביג דאטא, סטטיסטיקה פשוטה ובהמשך ניתוחים מורכבים כמו רגרסיות פשוטות ומרובות).

המטרה: כתיבת נייר מדיניות לקידום רפורמות לצמצום אי שוויון כלכלי-חברתי בנושא יחד עם מנהלת המחקר של המכון. ייתכן גם כתיבת מאמר אקדמאי בנושא.

Company Description

The Institute For Structural Reforms (המכון לרפורמות מבניות) is an independent and non-partisan research institute without profit objectives. We aim to promote reforms to reduce economic and social gaps in the areas of housing, digital health, artificial intelligence, intangible wealth, and fundamentalism of poverty and terror.

We are Seeking a researcher specializing in academic literature, reforms, and/or regulations regarding the development of artificial intelligence and its effects on the labor market in Israel and various countries around the world.

Job requirements:

• Searching, collecting, reading, and writing both academic and non-academic research literature on the topic.
• Good writing and articulation skills in Hebrew and English.
• Writing bibliographies/references.
• Data analysis (based on surveys and later on big data, basic statistics, and more complex analyses such as s regressions and etc).

• Skills: Data analysis in Python (NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy), EXCEL.

• Objective: To write a policy paper to promote reforms to reduce socio-economic inequality on the topic, in collaboration with the research director of the institute. There may also be writing of an academic paper on the subject.

• Job scope: Project-based, freelance format.
