Senior DevOps

Slim.AI is a trailblazing software company dedicated to revolutionizing the DevOps landscape. We aim to streamline the software delivery process with our innovative tools and services, allowing developers to concentrate on creating top-notch products. After a successful Round A, we are currently building out our central RnD site in Tel Aviv, and are looking to build an Engineering and Product team to join our VP of Engineering and CPO in helping form and shape the site and our culture.

Job Description:

We're in search of a Senior DevOps professional to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you'll take on responsibilities for developing both the DevOps and SRE elements of our codebase and help contribute to the development of our Software Supply Chain Security as a Service platform. Enabling the creation of robust, efficient security solutions for our global customer base. You'll help evangelize the necessary processes and methodologies required for a successful engineering experience, and be a leading voice in our technical decision making. Responsibilities:

DevOps-ish:

• Take our DevEx to the next level and tighten the inner dev loop.
• Improve and maintain the deployment workflow and ensure we are continually and easily able to deploy to every supported environment.
• Identify and remediate software security vulnerabilities and bugs - ideally maximizing dogfooding by using our own tooling
  
  

• Redefine key observability metrics and implement reliable log, tracing, and metric collection pipelines.
• Ensure the optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications, emphasizing secure operation.
• Collaborate with Product to define SLOs and SLIs for customer workflows and systems.
• Build out our Incident Response methodology, and working with VP RnD to embed best practices and tools in the team
  
  

• At least 5 years of industry experience in a DevOps or SRE role
• Proven experience with cloud native application on AWS/Azure or GCP
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code development
• Experience with relational and NoSQL Databases (migrations, performance monitoring, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
• Experience developing containerized applications (ideally some kind of backend applications)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effectively conveying complex technical and security concepts.
  
  

• Background in application security, container security, DevSecOps, or similar, with a keen understanding of security best practices
• Programmed in Go for 2+ years
• Have experience with serverless functions and Serverless.js
