Full Stack Team Leader

What your day will look like:

We're in search of a Full-Stack Team Leader with a strong background in FE and BE development, a dedication to quality work, and the ability to establish and grow our FS team. The team is responsible for Axonius' most prestigious and unique features, starting from the Asset Graph core feature which allows and easy-to-use and convenient solution to investigate relationships between assets, to more complex FE and BE core features, and innovative components and POCs to integrate within Axonius such as ChatGPT and researching new business domains.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of full-stack engineers while doing hands-on technical work
• Set goals, define tasks and manage timelines to execute a roadmap
• Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring your team
• Collaborate with other engineering teams across the R&D organization
• Work closely with Product and Design stakeholders
• Our stack includes Python, Vue.js, React, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ and Docker

Reach out if you are:

• 6+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
• 2+ years experience as an engineering team leader
• Extensive professional experience with advanced JavaScript, CSS, and at least one modern UI framework (React, Vue.JS, Angular)
• Extensive professional experience with Python
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively nurture and support team members
• Proficient in prioritization and resource trade-offs, ensuring optimal utilization for effective project management
• Superb team-player while having strong capabilities to work independently
• Experience in building distributed and scalable systems - Advantage
• Experience with writing UI automated tests - Advantage
