Bookkeeper to an amazing public (Nasdaq) High-tech company

Our Finance team is growing and we're looking for a passionate and experienced bookkeeper with strong attention to details and excellent communication skills to join our team!

This position is located in Petach Tikva.

Duties and Responsibilities:

🔸Manage Accounts payable cycle including processing multi currency invoices, new vendors setting up, approval flow maintenance and processing payments

🔸Bank and Credit card reconciliation

🔸Monitor expense reimbursements

🔸Oversee Inventory and production costs including ERP maintenance and month closing

🔸Oversee the payroll process

🔸Conduct monthly reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy

🔸Assemble information for external auditors for the quarterly/annual audit processes

🔸Perform general finance duties and ad-hoc special projects

 Qualifications:

🔸At least 3 years of experience in similar roles

🔸Certified bookkeeper 2+ level or higher

🔸High level of English, both verbal and written

🔸Advanced Excel skills-is a must

🔸Experience working in a hi-tech, fast-paced environment-an advantage

🔸Good communication and high interpersonal skills

🔸Familiar with NetSuite ERP software-an advantage

🔸Payroll experience- an advantage
