Operations Manager - Global Manufacturing

Agilite, an industry leader in the development and manufacturing of tactical gear is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee its global manufacturing processes and partners. Your role will involve optimizing production, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with partners around the world, and engaging in pricing negotiations. As this position requires close collaboration with international teams, the role will also involve occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supplier Management: Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers who can provide high-quality goods or services at competitive prices. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient flow of materials or products.

-Hands-on supplier and/or product setup to ensure on time, on spec delivery of products to meet stringent standards and deadlines.

- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures at every stage of production to meet customer expectations.

- Pricing Negotiation: Engage in pricing discussions with partners to ensure competitive and cost-effective manufacturing.

- Performance Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead partners and internal teams to achieve operational excellence.

-Additional Company Operations projects as required-a key member of the Operations Team.

Requirements:

- Experience: Proven operations management experience, preferably with global partners, 5+ years

- Language Proficiency: Exceptional English communication skills. Hebrew or Spanish a bonus

- Leadership Skills: Strong team management abilities.

- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven problem-solving skills.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10 weeks per year for business purposes.
