VP Finance
We are looking for an experienced VP of Finance to plan the organization’s financial strategy, perform effective risk management, while leading the Finance department to flawless execution.
The ideal candidate must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control while enabling sustainable growth.

What you’ll do:
Financial Strategy and Planning:
Lead financial strategy aligned with business goals, manage planning and forecasting, offer executive-level financial guidance, and drive growth through cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Financial Management:
Lead financial analysis, reporting, and control activities to monitor and assess the company’s financial performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage cash flow and capital management for operational and strategic objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, promoting accountability, professionalism, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with CEO and executive team, delivering financial insights and facilitating strategic decisions. Work with the board of directors, presenting financial performance, forecasts, and addressing inquiries to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Audit and Compliance:
Oversee financial audits, coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion, and uphold strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraudulent activities.
Global Operations and Capital raising:
Utilize global expertise to navigate international financial and legal landscapes, and lead fundraising initiatives in accordance with the company's financial strategy.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in finance and accounting leadership roles, preferably within multi-disciplinary companies, that operate in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Background in logistics/Supply Chain companies- A significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in a global company, with a track record of navigating complex financial environments and diverse regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large fundraising or similar corporate finance activities- A must.
- Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance relevant to the technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work, with a focus on continuous improvement.
