Experienced Marketing Events & Production Manager

Description

monday.com is looking for a passionate project manager who will own the management and delivery of a variety of marketing events. In this role, you will serve as a project manager and enabler for multiple events as a part of the regional marketing team, such as trade shows, meetups, congresses and more. The ideal candidate will be able to carry out projects from concept to execution, while deeply understanding the strategy and performing accordingly.

About The Role

• Facilitator of external marketing and partners events, conferences and meetups
• Promote and produce exciting, high-quality events in a dynamic, tech environment
• Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously including both online, offline, and hybrid event formats
• Partner and collaborate with multiple team members from Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Operations in order to facilitate, produce, and deliver successful events
• Work together with domestic and international teams in USA, APAC, EMEA, and additional worldwide partners
• Understand individual and team KPIs to manage goals, budgets, timelines, and impact
• Source event vendors, handle vendor negotiations and relationships over time
  
  

• 6+ years of corporate events experience
• Remarkable project and time management skills
• Self-driven, fast learner able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
• Experience with running functional, engaging, high quality events in online, in-person, and hybrid formats
• Background negotiating and managing work processes with external vendors, suppliers, and event organizers
• Superior verbal and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple time zones and communication channels
• Ability to travel up to 40% to execute in-person events
• Proficiency in Google Suite - must. PM tools proficiency - an advantage.
