About the Role:

Letstok.com is actively seeking a Google Search and Facebook Performance Marketing Consultant. This remote, part-time consulting position is designed for an individual with substantial experience in both Google Search arbitrage projects and Facebook video ads. The consultant will be responsible for leading a team of media buyers, managing campaigns hands-on, and collaborating with content teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 professional media buyers, providing strategic insights for Google Search arbitrage and Facebook ad campaigns.
• Conduct daily Zoom meetings to discuss campaign performance, strategies, and ROAS tracking.
• Work closely with content creation teams to develop engaging and effective advertising content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google Search and Facebook advertising.
• Analyze campaign data to optimize strategies and improve overall performance.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in Google Search arbitrage and Facebook media buying, with a specific focus on video ads.
• Proven track record in managing successful Google Search arbitrage projects and Facebook campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
• Proficiency in data analysis, campaign optimization, and ROI tracking.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination and client interactions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
