We are looking for a full-time Artists Communication specialist to join the vibrant Artists Team in TLV

Wake up for this:

• Ongoing management of artists.
• Making strong contact with artists, and being responsible for their success.
• Helping create interesting and useful content for our artists.
• Handle and verify artists information.
• Administration of contracts and department documentation.
• Maintenance and review of ongoing administration processes.
• Direct communication with artists in English.
• Accounting and payment assistance for royalty distribution.
• Address licensing conflicts and copyright issues.

Requirements:

• Tech-savvy working with Admin systems, excel, google drive, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience as a customer service representative.
• Experience with financial analysis - an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Experienced in the music licensing industry and copyright regulations (metadata, royalties, etc.) - an advantage.
• Fast learner with great attention to small details.
• A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
