QA Engineer

Join our team in a leading fintech growth company serving the insurance and banking industries. Our QA group is seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented team player to join and help us build market-leading products.

As a manual QA engineer, you will be a part of a team designated for testing the infrastructure for the performance and scale of the product.

What you’ll do:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans for the infrastructure for the performance and scale of the product.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, product, DevOps, and support teams).
• Use various testing management tools.
• Working in an AWS cloud environment.

You’ll do it using:

• At least 5 years of proven experience working as a Manual QA with emphasis on the server side.
• 1 year of experience in automation, writing Python scripts
• Cloud knowledge (advantage to AWS: EC2, S3, ECS), Containers, Dockers, Linux (run and execute commands).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes - an advantage
• Strong background and understanding of the QA role and the SW development Lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong self-learning capabilities.
• English proficiency
• Background in mathematics/statistics/economics – an advantage
• Experience in the insurance or banking industries - an advantage
