monday.com is looking for an exceptional senior UX/UI Product Designer for a unique opportunity to lead the design of workcanvas.com , one of our future most promising products. You will design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations, have a massive impact on product and business goals, bring your entrepreneurial spirit, and help create a groundbreaking product.

About The Role

• Use your interpersonal communication skills to work within a dynamic and fast paced team
• Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production
• Full ownership of the design and the product look & feel (hands-on).
• Understand the market and competition to develop a high-end look and feel
  
  

• You have 4+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform
• You have experience collaborating closely with R&D
• You have a positive attitude and great social skills with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team
• You possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• You are passionate about innovation, disruption, and creating impactful solutions
• You have a high level of written and spoken English
