Logistic Specialist

Responsibilities

Clinical research database management:

Accuracy, order, organization, ability to go down to details.

Excel mastery, working with data, basic data analysis.

Communication with foreign parties

Good articulation in English, writing and speaking.

Communication, ability and desire to work in a team and cooperation with many parties.

Delivery handling:

Knowledge of logistics and international shipping (preparation of shipping documents, bills of lading, customs clearance)

Including packaging of the product (no need to pick up boxes).

Willingness to work with documents.

Ability to work in an orderly and systematic manner.

Qualifications

The important emphasis for this position is thoroughness, punctuality and order. Good communication in English, especially writing.

Mastering Excel and working with data.
