Job Description:

Build and implement a strategic procurement strategy using advanced procurement management tools.

Responsibility for analyzing expenditure data in terms of cost pricing, supplier landscape, competitive environment, operational requirements, supply risks, innovation, business opportunities, and more.

Responsible for procurement expenditure and streamlining processes to achieve cost savings.

Authority to negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers under the company's signing rights policy, by identifying new procurement sources, independently conducting commercial negotiations within the category, executing procurement agreements with suppliers, and managing ongoing interactions with suppliers.

End-to-end handling of exceptional quality and delivery issues with suppliers and internal organizational customers.

Responsible for maintaining up-to-date supplier data and establishing procurement agreements within the category.

Work at the corporate headquarters in Petah Tikva, including travel throughout Israel (to production sites, logistics centers, suppliers, etc.) and occasionally abroad (suppliers).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree - mandatory. (Preference for relevant fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Law, Technology, Engineering).

At least two years of experience in strategic procurement with an annual volume of tens of millions of NIS in the field of manufacturing procurement within a large organization.

Experience in raw material procurement and knowledge of the agriculture and commodities sectors - an advantage.

Experience in procurement from a food or pharmaceutical company.

Familiarity with information systems (ERP).
