B2C Product Manager

About Pic-Time: 

Pic-Time is an industry-leading platform to deliver, share, and sell photos online, offering photographers creative and business tools. Our innovative platform empowers photographers to take their photos further to grow and succeed in their business.

We are looking for a full-time, experienced and passionate Product Manager to join our product team and own the specification and development of our renewed client interface product. You will play a crucial role in setting the direction and priorities of the product, to align with user needs and company objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and developers to ensure the successful delivery of the product. 

What You Will Do:

• Gather feedback from photographers, their clients, and internal stakeholders 
• Prioritize features and maintain the product backlog
• Write specifications that represent needs and priorities 
• Collaborate with designers to create product designs 
• Guide and oversee the development progress
• Communicate progress to internal stakeholders
• Lead the product launch and go-to-market
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager - must
• Proven experience in delivering products to the market
• Vast experience in managing an online B2C product
• Extensive experience building a product with a large scale of UX/UI, desktop and mobile 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Methodical, detail-oriented, getting things-done attitude
• Experience building an online store - advantage
• Familiarity with professional photography - advantage
