Job Description

Gloat, an innovative fast-growing startup in the HR tech field is seeking a Senior product manager to play an instrumental role in empowering Gloat’s growth for success! You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work with cross-functional teams, and build breakthrough products that revolutionize the way people work.

About the role

As a product leader for Gloat Platform you will be responsible for building and executing the vision, strategy and roadmap to support Gloat evolution towards an extensible and scalable platform. You will lead analytics and insights, design integrations infrastructure, administration and self service tools and ensure the security, compliance and performance of the Gloat platform.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant product management experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality products and driving change.
• Experience in building Enterprise B2B products, a plus.
• Strong product sense and ability to build product roadmap based on business vision, mission and market opportunities
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (squads) and working in partnership to effectively build products from concept through launch
• Experience in defining and analyzing data and metrics that inform the success of products
• Passion and curiosity to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Strong leadership skills - lead through influence
• Communication and presentation experience
