Cloud/Cyber Security Architect (Pre-Sale Stage)

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our teams as a Cloud or Cyber Security Architect (Pre-Sale Stage) at Direct Experts (DEX), a leading provider of Azure Cloud and Microsoft Cyber Security Solutions and Top Solution Provider and reseller of Microsoft Cloud, F5, Check Point and more.

As a Pre-Sale Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our organization by providing technical expertise to develop the relationship with customers at pre-sale stages. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in sales process, understand their unique requirements, and design systems architectures and solutions that align with their business objectives. You will collaborate closely with our customer success and engineering teams to ensure the successful analysis of customer requirements and matching the right solutions with the suitable commercial framework.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building and nurturing trust and domain expertise-based relationships.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers in pre-sale stages, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Design and architect systems based on customer requirements, leveraging your expertise in IT systems architecture design and Direct Experts (DEX) unique services.
• Conduct webinars, podcasts, round tables, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions and attract potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive proposals and statements of work (SOWs) that address customer needs.
• Provide pre-sales support, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to content creation efforts, including LinkedIn posts, newsletter and customer community articles, technical documentation/videos, to educate and engage customers.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise.
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s strategic vendors solutions as well as the commercial options and required processes for delivery.

Must Have Requirements:

• Professional-level proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in IT systems architecture design, with a deep understanding of infrastructure components, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong Sales and Pre-Sale process capability.

Nice to Have Advantages:

• Experience working directly with customers, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional service.
• Affection for content creation, such as writing technical documentation, blog posts, or creating video tutorials.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect / Cyber Security Architect Expert, are highly desirable.
