SeeTrue is an exciting well-funded AI startup in Tel Aviv (2 minutes from Hashalom train station). We’re leveraging deep learning and computer vision to optimize passenger journeys, making security screening accurate, fast and labor free. This is done both on X-Ray (2D) and CT (3D)

Job Description:

• Own the data domain and strategic data roadmap in the company.
• Lead a multidisciplinary group: data analysts, data engineers , lab, and annotators/domain experts.
• Solve challenging data problems and utilize cutting edge data technologies to gain business advantages.
• Mentor group members to fulfill their potential and grow the next generation of data & research leaders.
• Build scalable data pipelines for batch and stream processing in an evolving and growing startup.
• Collaborate with Algo group and other cross-functional teams to deשvelop and implement data-driven solutions.
• Generate and manage AI train, validation and test sets
• Ensure data quality and integrity across all data sources.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data management and analysis.
• Oversee the creation of reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant hands-on experience. 
• 6+ years of managerial experience. 
• 3+ years managing managers experience
• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing data strategies 
• Strong leadership and team management skills,
• Experience in the development of complex data pipelines
• Experience in an AI startup - a big advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• High ambition to learn and collaborate, out-of-the-box thinker, Great interpersonal communication skills and a problem-solver.
