Cyber Security Manager

We're looking for a technical leader who's passionate about security to manage the cybersecurity efforts at SysAid.

You will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and overseeing the enterprise-wide strategy, architecture, policies, and programs required to protect the business's intellectual, information, and physical assets while understanding the challenges that the business is facing and ensuring business continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive risk analysis, mitigation, and remediation plans.
• Ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected.
• Research and implement security tools.
• Establish and maintain a Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
• Vet new systems and plugins for security issues.
• Manage external and internal penetration tests.
• Help the different departments with security-related questions.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, technologies, and industry standards in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Previous proven experience in the security field (previous hands-on pentest experience is a plus).
• Practical knowledge of IT security solutions, methods, and tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (like Amazon AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Microsoft Azure) - advantage.
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes - advantage.
• Great communication skills
• Ability to research, learn, and implement new technologies in a short time.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
