Mechanical module development manager

A mechanical module development manager is needed for the MLM plant in the missile and space systems division.

The role consists of:

• Management and execution of development tasks, testing and proving mechanical subsystems and mechanical assemblies of a product under the responsibility of the team

• The work has an engineering management focus and orientation and is close to the engineering element and includes deriving mechanical requirements, writing mechanical specifications

• Matrix work to manage the engineering development of sub-assemblies and mechanisms in the product in front of various parties in the factory while controlling the design products and meeting challenging milestones

Requirements

• Over 7 years of significant engineering experience as a mechanical designer and as a manager of a mechanical team in mechanical fields (mechanical design, performance of strength and heat transfer analyses/direct activation of content experts in these subjects), examination of materials, and planning of experiments that support development with a multidisciplinary vision - mandatory

• Significant experience in leading multidisciplinary mechanical development surveys - mandatory

• Significant experience working with KBMs in development/production aspects - mandatory

• Experience in building engineering work plans and deriving resources for large-scale development and testing - mandatory
