Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questions.
• Design BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of BI data sources and outputs.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to comprehend their BI needs and provide actionable insights.
• Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Implement best practices in data architecture and visualization.
• Provide guidance and collaboration with data developers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in business intelligence and data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Project management experience – a must.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of DWH architecture and optimal data development practices.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Data Stage, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in writing high-level and detailed design (S2T) documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge and experience with the Microsoft BI suite - a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare industry - a plus
