VP of Operations

Holo/Or Ltd. develops, designs and manufactures diffractive optical elements (DOEs) and micro-optical elements that are being used for various applications mainly involving high-power laser systems.

We’re looking for a VP of Operations with a broad experience in the field of semiconductors and micro-electronics.

Job description and responsibilities:

1.    Managing the operations department:

·      Responsibility of the manufacturing of optical elements in clean rooms, in lithography and etching processes in semiconductor technology.

·      Responsibility of PP&C - Production Planning and Control, pricings of the elements, acquisition, raw materials stock, special equipment, customers’ deliveries, Preventive maintenance and more.

2.    In charge of recruiting personnel for the operation department and training them in accordance with training procedures.

3.    Improving work processes, introducing innovations and assimilating them into the operational system.

4.    Renewal and integration of appropriate software.

5.    Receiving new products for production after the development process.

6.    Determining and complying with the budget and KPI of the operation department.

Requirements:

• Proven operational and managerial management experience in a company with clean rooms, with an emphasis on etching and lithography technologies - mandatory.

• Education (at least bachelor's degree) in engineering, preferably chemistry or materials.

• Motivational abilities of managers and employees.

• Capabilities to manage productive work interfaces with other company departments.

• Very good level of English.

• Initiative and good interpersonal skills.
