ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Duve.com. You will be focussing on prospecting new business, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in outbound prospecting in the technology sector and be passionate about exceeding targets and expanding their skills in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outbound prospecting within the technology industry (experience in hospitality is a benefit).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive prospecting efforts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate our solutions to non-tech prospects as well as tech oriented prospects.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with a hunger for success and a drive to contribute to the growth of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce & Linkedin Sales Navigator.
- Fluent/native verbal and written English
- Other languages > Not a must, but benefit
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential clients in the hotel industry.
- Utilize various channels and platforms to research and connect with decision-makers, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of Duve.com's solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective prospecting strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
