About us: JGive is a social fintech organization founded in 2014 by the Asor Fund (RA) with the aim of increasing the culture of giving in and to Israel. We develop  technological infrastructures that make the world of giving more accessible to donors, nonprofits, companies and anyone else who wants to do good.

What’s the role?

• Building and implementing marketing plans for the various departments in the organization (B2C, B2B) and creating collaborations
• Management of budgets and suppliers, monitoring of expenses and ongoing measurement of the ROI
• Analysis, implementation and optimization of different types of campaigns
• Development of marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying trends and setting marketing goals and KPIs
• Content development

What’s a MUST?

• At least three years of experience in managing and leading a successful digital marketing team
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing channels
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing: PPC, analytics, email marketing, landing pages, sponsored campaigns
• Expertise in G Suite, MS Office and Excel with high-level functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for data analysis
• Familiarity with the third sector

• An accessible network of freelancers and suppliers in the field of marketing

• The position is full time, in a hybrid model
• The main offices are in Jerusalem
