Machine Learning Engineer

Private fintech company operating in the digital payment sector for large organizations, providing cloud-based payment services. Enables acceptance of payments via credit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrencies, and offers a comprehensive package including liaison with credit companies, payment security, payer risk management, transaction scaling, fraud reduction, and chargeback management.

Role Overview: Part of the Risk Management and Identity Verification Department. Involves contributing to the existing team developing the machine learning platform in Python, working in a production environment on AWS cloud, and utilizing Big Data tools like Spark, Kafka, etc. *The role includes interfacing with the core system written in .Net.

Technological Stack: Python, Spark, Kafka, AWS, Linux.

Based in Tel Aviv (near a train stion) and operates in a hybrid model.

Requirements-

• Experience designing and operating large ML inference platforms.

• Dealing with data on high volume in a high availability production systems

• Proficiency in Cloud-based application development

• Experience with one or more of these technologies: Spark, Kafka, SageMaker, Databricks, Vertex AI, Kubeflow

• Versed in Python.

• Experience monitoring production ML systems.

• Experience in algorithm design and implementation or experience working within Machine Learning & Research teams

• Strong knowledge and appreciation for software design and architecture

• Excellent practical knowledge of OOP concepts and SOLID principles
