Configuration Control Engineer

Job Brief

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the WINT Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes, including effective communication with suppliers and WINT’s hubs. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a priority systems expertise.

WINT BOM Management:

• Oversee the WINT BOM to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any discrepancies or changes in the BOM.

ECO Process Management:

• Lead and manage the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and WINT’s Hubs to implement approved changes.

Communication with Stakeholders:

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with suppliers and hubs.
• Provide timely updates on ECO status, changes, and any relevant information to stakeholders.

Version Control:

• Implement and maintain a robust version control system for engineering documents and BOMs.
• Ensure that all stakeholders have access to the latest and approved versions of relevant documents.

Leading CCB Forum:

• leading Change Control Board (CCB) forums to review and approve ECOs.
• Provide expertise and insights during discussions on configuration changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Configuration Control.
• Proven experience in managing hardware BOMs and ECO processes.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Priority systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
