Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Development Specialist located in Lod. The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the productivity and skills of employees through training and development programs. This will include designing, developing, and implementing training strategies and materials and working with departmental managers and business unit leaders to identify and prioritize training needs. The Training and Development Specialist will also be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvements as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Training and Development, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
• Experience working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and develop training programs
• Ability to design and develop effective training materials, including e-learning modules and job aids
• Experience with assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements
• Experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• English - Mother Tongue
• Microsoft Office power user

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training programs and syllabuses in line with regulatory standards and organizational needs - this entails keeping the Approved Maintenance Organization Training Program (ATP) manual up to date.
• Assist in the training and development of staff members, improving both their technical and regulatory compliance knowledge
• Develop / update training courses
• Occasional instruction of courses (small groups as required).
