Responsibilities:

Provide E2E service across the system life cycle: collect requirements, design, prepare HL/LL documentation, deploy, troubleshoot, and support the solutions.

Job requirements:

• Senior/Principle Consultant with more than 10 years of experience with on-premises Microsoft technologies
• Experience working with 25+ infrastructure and applications consultants for the public sector as an external vendor.
• Proven experience across the life cycle in design, implementation, troubleshooting, and support for medium-complex Microsoft technologies, including AZURE and infrastructure. ADDS, PKI, SCCM, SCOM, Windows Server, and Workstation hardening.
• Hands-on experience in conducting assessment, planning, and design workshops.
• Contribution and lead in his/her area of core expertise to technical documentation, including high-level design, low-level design, and operational guides.
• Networking practical knowledge (firewalls, DNS, DHCP, troubleshooting)

• Troubleshooting.
