Information Technology Manager

IT Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Promote existing IT service processes and workflows.
• Ensure alignment of IT services with organizational needs.
• Lead and manage the IT service team.
• Provide IT services within budgetary constraints and objectives.
• Manage IT risks.
• Report on the performance of the IT service team.
• Stay updated on industry products and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Experience working within IT service management frameworks.
• Project and process management experience.
• Team management experience.
• Proven experience working with Linux and Windows systems.
• Experience with FW Fortigate - a plus.
• Scripting skills in Python and Bash.
