Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate

will have over 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in

leading cross-functional development teams and delivering high-quality technological products.

This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate

effectively with various stakeholders to drive product success.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a squad of developers and quality assurance team members to drive the

development and delivery of cutting-edge technological products

- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and

market demands

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to

ensure product alignment with business objectives

- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for product

innovation and improvement

- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, data analysis,

and market research

- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and

technical specifications

- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate

based on performance metrics

- Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product value propositions internally

and externally

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

- 10+ years of experience in product management within the technology industry, with a focus

on software development.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, including developers and

QA professionals.

- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development lifecycle

(SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing

stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and successful product

launches.

- A track record of delivering successful B2B/B2C technological products from concept to

launch.
