Full Stack Engineer

Lychee is revolutionizing the future of video editing with AI, building an advanced platform for businesses to maximize ROI on their content. 

We are a small team running a fast-growing business and seek a brilliant full stack developer to join our team and work on the company’s core system.

Role: As a part of the team you will take part in designing and building Lychee’s tools and applications. This position requires a specialization in backend, db and frontend development. You will be involved in all aspects of development and deployment. This is a true unique full stack position putting you in charge of everything at the system and at the development cycle. 

Responsibilities:

1. Implement the features and user interface of Lychee products - end-to-end development of software components (plan & design, development, testing, deploying, monitoring).
2. Code using primarily JS, React, CSS, NextJS, NodeJS, Python and MySQL.
3. Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and software engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products.
4. Conduct design and code reviews.
5. Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of Lychee system (some of our products serves hundreds of thousands of requests per month)
6. Learn, learn and learn!

Job Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience in developing client side languages: JS, React and related tools and frameworks.
2. At least 5 years of experience in developing NodeJS with MySQL, including microservices based architecture.
3. Strong orientation for UI.
4. Experience with cloud platform AWS. Azure - a plus.
5. Experience in developing in Python - a plus.
6. Experience in developing high scale, SaaS products.
7. Experience with project management softwares.
8. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, responsible and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment!

Location: Remote / Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel.
