Implementation team leader

Leading the Digital Delivery team to realize the vision of the Hospital as an organization that excels in service and health at the world level. Technological management (Hands On), while understanding the technologies of the digital world and customer relationship management (CRM, multi-channel communication, WEB, etc.).

The role consists of:

• Managing a team of digital product implementers and developers

• Managing a team work plan

• Ongoing research of technological innovations in the digital fields and recommendation on the adoption of technologies

• Management and work with suppliers in the field of digital technology infrastructures

• Responsibility for management, development and maintenance of digital products, including: websites, applications, WEB products, CRM, multi-channel, digital forms, system development in NO CODE LOW CODE and more

• Implementation of projects and products, providing service and support for systems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science / computer engineering / industrial engineering and management specializing in information systems

At least 3 years of experience in DELIVERY management

Extensive technical knowledge in the digital worlds

Understanding and systemic vision

Experience working with a variety of databases (SQL)

Proven work experience with API systems

Getting to know and working with infrastructure and information security bodies - an advantage

Familiarity with healthcare systems is an advantage
