Java Software Engineer

A company specializing in cloud-based storage solutions and information management for ENT organizations has been operating since 2008. The company develops and markets a platform for secure storage and management of organizational files in the cloud. Their product is used by around 40,000 customers, including the US Department of Defense and a major fast-food giant.

The company's platform, akin to a Google Drive for organizations, aims to enable companies to store and manage their files in cloud systems while reducing the risk associated with shared systems. The company raised $100 million.

As part of the role, joining as part of the senior team involves working with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, and Linux.

Situated in the central region, the company employs a hybrid model with three days of remote work, employing 150 staff members

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science
• 5 years' experience as a Java backend developer
• Experience with Linux administration, scripting, and shell
• Experience with multi-threaded applications, knowledge of concurrency patterns
• Experience with Cloud service providers such as AWS/GCP/Azure
• Experience with at least one of the following - Ant/Maven/Gradle
• Familiarity with the version control repository managers tools such Git and open source communities such as GitHub/GitLab
• Familiarity with software development flow and CI/CD concepts, writing unit tests, automation, experience with Jenkins.
