The opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can take a leading part in defining core aspects of our existing products as well as take responsibility for forging new products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product features from conception through to post-release.
• Turn high-level concepts into detailed and well-conceived feature designs.
• Work closely with engineers & UX/UI designers to build best-in-class product features.
• Understand customer needs and business cases and articulate them as user stories and epics.
• Conduct competitive market research and follow industry trends to identify future opportunities and adapt best practices.
• Analyze results of features after deployment, and iterate based on data and player feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and track releases.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the development team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in an enterprise customer-facing (B2B2C & B2B) product management role
• 5+ years of Technical background in Web based technologies and SaaS application.
• Proven track record with releasing successful products to the market
• Experience with working in a partners ecosystem
• Experience with generative AI solutions and passionate about learning evolved technologies
• Experience in product management for an ML product
• Experience working as Product Manager using Agile methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a constructive tone, ability to produce materials, deliver presentations, and perform general education
• Product management background in Contact Centers or Field Services related application -advantage
• Fluent in English
• A team player with the ability to work independently
• A degree in Economics, Engineering, sciences (Math, Physics etc.), Statistics or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
