The “Head of Talent Management Practices” sets and implements the strategy for the OD, Leadership, Learning and Development, based on a deep understanding of the business needs, priorities and direction. Builds, leads and directs teams to achieve goals promoting Amdocs' human capital.
What will your job look like?
- You will establish the OD, Leadership, Learning and Development Domains, practices and vision, strategy and direction in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to ensure sustainable competitive advantage of the business; Direct the planning, design and implementation of programs and practices across the organization, based on the strategy; and derive insights from internal and external sources to enrich and develop the strategy.
- You will set short and long-term objectives and prioritize resources to ensure their successful achievement, integrating various functions.
- Communicate the domain strategy to all stakeholders, establish world class processes and programs and empower the team to achieve the goals.
- You will play a key leadership role in shaping Amdocs culture through directing the design of processes, programs and tools which stem from Amdocs' core values, and support of strategic organizational changes and transformations.
- Craft appropriate solutions to ensure coherence of HR and Business processes and messages.
- Build an environment that embraces change and lead changes in own domain which are essential for the achievement of long term business goals.
- Bachelor/B.Sc. degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business or Law , MSc / MA / MBA preferred
- Comprehensive experience in the OD, Leadership and Learning domains (10 years and above)
- Previous experience in large, complex, multi-country organizations
- Experience of working with senior management and executives
- Experience in implementation new innovation and Tech Lead process in the OD Leadership and learning domains
- Experience (at least 5 years) of managing large global teams and managing managers
- Be responsible to strategize, in partnership with Business Unit Heads to ensure competitive advantage of the unit/s & business.
- You will work with Senior Leadership and advise on the right decisions for the benefit & growth of the organization.
- You will be responsible for building and ingraining the culture and for developing and executing talent strategies in support of the business values and planned growth.
