Communication Creative Designer

Passionate about branding, design & strategy?

We are looking for a creative designer to lead our communication design efforts. We need an experienced designer with a relevant background in creating brand identity, designing presentations, creating digital and print assets & editing videos.

You need to be a creative thinker, able to execute quickly and efficiently. You'll be part of our creative team that delivers designs for various AT&T platforms. You’ll work directly with executives from all levels of the organization.

Required Skills

• Graduate of one of the leading design schools (Shenkar, Bezalel, HIT, Reichman and similar)
• Passionate about design & creative
• Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written English)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Independent and knows how to prioritize tasks
• High motivation
• Hands-on experience in Figma, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suit tools
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as: Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX professionals and product designers from Israel and the US to develop effective and impactful designs.
• Design new campaigns/initiatives. Lead the design flow from concepts to production (conventions, presentations, hackathons, hiring campaigns, events, etc.)
• Make sure AT&T Israel’s Tone of Voice will be present in our social media.
• Spread the AT&T Israel brand design, creating and implementing our guidelines for each project.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Content, HR, PR, R&D, and Design teams to work on inspirational projects that will make a global impact.

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in relevant & similar roles
• A design portfolio that shows proficiency as a brand, creative & digital designer
• Master in Figma, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere & After Effect
• A positive attitude, a quick learner with great social skills
• Video editing skills – a great advantage
