As a Solution Expert in Fireberry you will…
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and develop CRM strategies aligned with their goals. Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement through CRM use.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of CRM systems, including configuration, and integration with existing software solutions.
- Ensure successful data migration and minimal disruption to ongoing operations
- Customization and Configuration: Customize the CRM platform to meet specific business requirements, tailoring workflows, dashboards, and reports to suit different teams' needs (e.g., sales, marketing, customer support).
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote effective adoption of the Fireberry system.
- Consult and support integrating Fireberry with other business systems (e.g., marketing automation tools, ERP systems) to streamline processes and enable data flow across platforms. Utilize automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Act as the system administrator for certain customers. Regularly evaluate their system's performance and collect user feedback to identify areas for enhancement. Propose and implement changes to optimize their functionality and usability.
- Manage customers’ projects end to end. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, CRM advancements, and best practices. Recommend improvements to existing processes and strategies based on industry knowledge.
- Gather customer feedback and share with QA, R&D, Engineering and Production teams.
To be a Solution Expert in Fireberry you need…
- Minimum 2 years experience as a solution expert or implementation manager in a CRM company or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of popular CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and their functionalities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data management principles and best practices.
- Project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and stay updated with CRM industry trends.
- Native English speaker
