We are growing and looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team.
About The Company
Personetics is a B2B2C Enterprise-Software Fintech start-up that is leading the Self-Driving Finance revolution in banking. We help banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their retail customers across all digital channels. We’re pioneering a new category of consumer banking based on data-driven personalization and customer engagement, and serve over 100 financial institutions, in 34 countries worldwide.
Responsibilities
· Work with Product and Marketing to plan and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features, aligning key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
· Work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop effective enablement, campaigns, and messaging, that will drive demand for Personetics products.
· Develop product messaging and positioning that differentiates our products within the global markets; this includes understanding our customers, our competition, and a deep understanding of our products and ecosystem.
· Create powerful content that communicates and promotes our product offering and differentiated value including website pages, datasheets, webinars, product videos, etc.
· Conduct market and competitive analysis (positioning, product offering and functionality).
· Develop and deliver presentations and training that illustrate the benefits of new products/features to target both business and technical buyers.
· Support Product with in-product microcopy and messaging.
· Support Sales in customer meetings – prepare and product related discussions.
Requirements
· 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B product marketing roles.
· 3-5 years combined experience in tech. Fintech or Financial service companies, a major plus.
· Exceptional written and communication skills, ability to articulate effective messaging, value propositions, sales pitch, sales decks.
· Cross-functional team player who excels working with product, marketing, and sales colleagues.
· Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to initiate, lead and manage various activities with minimal supervision.
· Strategic mindset, fast learner, able to understand and tie together technical and business aspects.
· Native written and spoken English.
