Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Karate Instructor. The Karate Instructor will be responsible for teaching Shotokan Karate and other martial arts to classes of all ages and skill levels. In addition to teaching, the Karate Instructor will be responsible for creating lesson plans and ensuring a Women's safety and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
Experience in Karate and Martial Arts Instruction
Proficiency in Shotokan/ Shito-Ryu Karate
Ability to create and implement comprehensive lesson plans
Effective teaching skills that foster student engagement and growth
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience in teaching all ages and skill levels
Ability to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Relevant certification in Karate and Martial Arts Instruction is a plus
