Information Technology Support Specialist

Position description:

• Lead the deployment and installation of hardware and software solutions at customer sites.

• Provide IT support and solutions to our customers, ensuring their technical needs are met efficiently and effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and implement tailored IT solutions.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

• Conduct technical training sessions for customers to ensure they can maximize the benefits of our solutions.

• Maintain clear and effective communication

with customers throughout the deployment support process.

• Act as a subject matter expert in our products and services, staying updated on the latest technological advancements.

Requirement:

• Strong IT knowledge and technical comprehension, with a solid understanding of computer systems and networks.

• Exceptional communication skills, both in written and verbal French, as you will be working closely with French-speaking customers.

• Fluency in both French and English.

• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet customer needs.
