Development Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to accomplish all development tasks and deliverables.
• Mentor and facilitate the personal and professional development of team members.
• Collaborate in defining the product roadmap.
• Establish and lead development processes and management routines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electronics Engineering, Electro-Optics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electro-Optics, or Systems Engineering is an advantage.
• 5 years of experience in managing a multi-disciplinary development team is mandatory.
• Experience in the development of electro-optical systems, thermal simulation, or control is a plus.
• Systematic vision and strong leadership skills.
