About the Position

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hotel Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, answering guest inquiries, and assisting with various front-desk tasks. Your professionalism and friendly demeanor will be essential in delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests with a friendly attitude
• Manage check-out procedures and handle billing
• Answer guest inquiries in person and over the phone
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest requests
• Assist with any special guest requirements
• Maintain accurate records and use the hotel booking system

Qualifications

• Fluency in Hebrew and English is a must
• French language skills are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
