Key Responsibilities:

· Led and mentored junior developers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

· Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the overall software development strategy.

· Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using the latest web technologies and best practices.

· Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and security standards are met.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve our products.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of professional experience as a web developer with a strong front-end and back-end technologies background.

· Proficiency in React and Python is a significant advantage.

· Previous experience in a tech lead or team lead role is a big plus.

· Solid understanding of web development concepts, including RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud services.
