IT Support Specialist for Walmart Global Tech, Israel

Aspectiva develops state-of-the-art NLP solutions that enable millions of Walmart’s shoppers to make smarter and more confident buying decisions.

Zeekit and Memomi, both develop deep technologies such as AR, image processing, computer vision, deep learning, and artificial intelligence to accelerate customer-experience innovation.

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Tel Aviv Global Tech team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Walmart’s laptop provisioning process for Windows & Macs
• Provide laptop support for Windows, Macs and Linux, including hardware troubleshooting
• L1 support for –
• • Video Conference and Digital Signage
• • Collaboration Tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams)
• • Productivity Tools (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Workspace)
• • Software download issues
• • Network (boots on the ground, admin like tasks – check configuration, make configuration changes with Walmart over the phone)
• • AD account issues (password reset)
• • BYOD (enrollment issues, transfer to new phone issues)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years prior experience in IT support team in global companies
• Expert level control of Windows, Mac and Linux
• Service-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills with natural autodidact capabilities.
• Creative, innovative problem solving abilities
• Superb troubleshooting skills
• Excellent English, both written and verbal.
