Software Engineering Team Leader

As a team manager, you will be responsible for developing our products’ capabilities and features, as well as designing cloud workloads such as microservices and other state-of-the-art software development tools and environments.

About The Team

Our development teams are responsible for the core of the Security Intelligence product, from developing new groundbreaking intelligence features, maintaining and developing existing services, and constantly challenging our technical stack while pushing the product forward.

Our teams are built of excellent developers and are multi-disciplinary (BE, FS, Automation, BI). The teams have a direct impact on the customers and are integrated into all stages of the product’s planning.

About The Role

In this role, you will -

• Manage a team that deals with software challenges, including high performance, scalability, robustness, and resilience.
• Participate in architectural discussions and decisions directly impacting our product’s future.
• Lead the technical aspects, planning and execution of intelligence features and services development for the team.
• Actively develop our code base, as the role requires substantial hands-on development.
• Mentor and lead the engineering team and our people’s talent.
• Be responsible for technical strategy and developing and maintaining a technical roadmap that will continue to innovate from a technical standpoint.
• Collaborate with different engineering teams to ensure a high degree of alignment, ruthless prioritization, and timely releases of products and services in support of critical company initiatives.
• Work as an effective leader across the organization, and collaborate with other leaders to translate the business priorities of the company into a technical agenda.
• Ensure scalable development, testing, and deployment process to maintain and improve product reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Participate in architectural discussions and decisions directly impacting our product's future.
• Take part in the development and operation of a large multi-tenant SaaS platform running in the cloud on top of Kubernetes.

The skills you’ll bring should include the following -

• Prior experience with leading development teams and processes.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• High proficiency in the following programming languages and frameworks: Python, NodeJS, React, Angular, MongoDB.
• Experience working with the following cloud environments: AWS or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
