VP Operations and Commerce

Movement Group, a leading company in the wellness industry in Israel, is seeking a VP Operations and Commerce to work alongside the CEO, senior management, and business partners. This is a versatile role that combines the realms of operations with commerce and business development.

Responsibilities:

· Procurement: Managing negotiations and optimizing contracts with suppliers in various procurement areas within the group.

· Information Systems: Overseeing the group's suppliers in the areas of information security and IT.

· Finance: Analyzing financial reports and conducting interactions with banks and clients.

· Monitoring and Measurement: Ensuring performance alignment with departmental objectives, budget control, process monitoring, and internal process control.

· Identifying Business Opportunities: Expanding business activities by exploring new and innovative marketing directions through market research, financial and operational data analysis, and assessing the economic feasibility of new ventures.

· Mergers and Acquisitions Support: Assisting in acquisition and merger transactions.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.

· Experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, procurement, business development, and reporting to the CEO.

· Holistic and business-oriented perspective with negotiation skills and creativity.

· High motivation and a hunger for commerce.

· Strong analytical skills.
