As Finance Operation Manager, you will play a key role in managing the Finance Department’s relationships with customers and vendors. You will lead initiatives to promote automation and processes improvement to ensure the highest level of service is delivered by the Finance department to the rest of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Client/Partner Relationship Management - maintain positive relationships with partners and customers, addressing inquiries, facilitate registration on customer billing platforms, and proactively resolve issues to ensure a smooth experience
- Order to cash management – approval of customers’ orders and management of collection
- Contributing to cross-departmental data integrity by reviewing Finance and business data and working with BI and business operation teams
- Operation of virtual credit card solutions
- Bank’s administration – assistance with opening new bank accounts and resolving technical issues
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance finance operations processes. Implement best practices to increase efficiency, accuracy, effectiveness, and process improvement opportunities. Advocate for automation where appropriate to support scalability
- Support systems integration within the Finance department
- Insurance plans management – assisting the CFO in overseeing the company’s insurance plans globally, addressing insurance queries for customers and vendors
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience in total experience and at least 2 years of finance operation experience in a software company – must
- BA degree in economics/finance/business/accounting – must
- Experience with NetSuite – big advantage
- Experience in virtual CC solutions (Mesh, PayEm, etc.) – big advantage
- Master in Excel, tech savvy in general – must
- People person with strong teamwork skills

- Strong operational capabilities and proven record of project management
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines
- Multi-tasking and excellent time management skills
- Independent, self-motivated leader
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
