Scope of role:

This Role reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager, the core job responsibility will be to provide financial leadership, support CNIS and AGP consolidation and reporting, lead forecast consolidation and reporting, lead costing tasks and GP analysis and discussions, lead financial analysis to drive SC leadership to excellent business decisions will be key in executing accounting policies and processes according to US GAAP and J&J requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead accounting and compliance processes as part of the SC finance team.
• Lead consolidation of CNIS reporting, and support analysis.
• Support ad hoc business requirements and analysis to support decision-making.
• Provide an environment of professional growth and talent development.
• Take an active part in structuring reporting and processes across BWI sites.
  
  

• Minimum 7 years of relevant finance experience including a minimum of 3 years of leading people.
• Strong analytic skills, technical accounting, problem-solving, and value creation.
• Confident in establishing, maintaining, and ensuring an effective internal control environment.
• Team player, with string communication skills with experience in an international environment.
• Experience in cost accounting and SC financial aspects.
• Previous experience with SAP & JDE (Oracle).
